FAQ

Livestreaming questions

Prices, platforms, connectivity, hybrid events and booking.

How much does livestreaming cost in Malaysia?

A single-camera webinar starts from RM2,500 for up to 2 hours, a multi-camera livestream from RM5,500 per event, a hybrid event stream from RM8,500 per event and an AGM or virtual launch from RM12,000 per project. Final quote depends on cameras, platforms, duration, venue, graphics, recording and redundancy.

Which platforms can you stream to?

Zoom, YouTube Live, Facebook Live and LinkedIn Live, as well as private or unlisted streams. Platform access and approvals stay with the account owner, and we go through setup with you before the event.

What about the venue internet?

Internet connectivity and backup arrangements are scoped for each venue. Platform availability and venue bandwidth sit outside our control, so we plan, test and agree contingencies with you rather than promise them.

Can you run a hybrid event with remote speakers?

Yes. Remote presenters, online Q&A and a programme feed to venue screens can be included. We agree how it works in the quote and rehearse where scoped.

Do you stream AGMs?

Yes. We work with the company secretary and any meeting platform provider on the running order, rehearsal, backup arrangements and recording.

Do we get a recording?

A recording of the programme can be included. The format and delivery are set out in the written quote.

Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?

We cover Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, and can travel elsewhere in Malaysia. Travel is set out in the quote.

Do you also do photography or edited videos?

Livestream KL focuses on live broadcast. For other video work, our parent company Video Production KL can advise.
