An AGM is not the place to improvise. We work with the company secretary and any meeting platform provider on the running order, the speakers and the moments that must be seen clearly.
Backup arrangements and connectivity are scoped for the venue and written into the plan. A full recording of the meeting can be supplied.
Internet connectivity and backup arrangements are scoped for each venue. Platform availability and venue bandwidth sit outside our control, so we plan, test and agree contingencies with you rather than promise them.
