Process
How livestreaming works with us
Six steps from the first message to the recording. Planning and testing do most of the work.
- 01
Brief
You send the date, venue, programme, platforms and audience. We ask what we need to know.
- 02
Quote
A written quote: cameras, platforms, duration, graphics, recording and backup arrangements set out clearly.
- 03
Plan
Camera positions, audio, graphics and platform setup agreed against the run sheet.
- 04
Test
A venue check for power and connectivity, then a test stream and a rehearsal where scoped.
- 05
Live
We arrive early, set up, go through final checks with you and run the programme.
- 06
Recording
The recording is delivered after the event in the format agreed in the quote.

On the day
Early, checked and calm.
We arrive with time to set up, check sound, picture and connection with the venue team, and go through final cues with you before going live.
Internet connectivity and backup arrangements are scoped for each venue. Platform availability and venue bandwidth sit outside our control, so we plan, test and agree contingencies with you rather than promise them.
Standby
Send the run sheet. We will plan the stream.
Date, venue, programme, platforms and audience. We reply with questions or a written quote.
